What do we offer?

TCS Service

In person, face to face counselling

We are able to see you in person at our rooms at Gilbert House in Tonbridge. There is a waiting area with water provided and a toilet. Your counsellor will come and collect you before your session. If you need to meet somewhere without stairs we can provide an alternative venue.

Online Counselling

For those who are not able to attend counselling in person, we offer online sessions using a secure video conferencing platform. You will need to have a stable internet connection and be somewhere private for your session. Your counsellor will talk you through how to make the most of your online sessions before you start.

Telephone Counselling

Some people prefer to receive counselling via the telephone and research has shown that using the telephone is as effective as in person counselling. Your counsellor will talk you through how to make the most of your telephone sessions including ensuring you are somewhere private and you have a reliable phone signal.

Who for?

People come for counselling for a range of issues including but not limited to bereavement, relationships, body image, disordered eating, depression, anxiety etc.

TCS is able to provide:

Counselling for Adults – For people who are 18+

Counselling For Teenagers – For Young People 14+

When are counsellors available?

We offer sessions from 8.30am – 8.30pm Mondays to Fridays, and Saturday mornings and we will match you with a member of our counselling team according to your availability.

How long will my counselling last?

You can either decide that you would like a fixed number of sessions or we are able to offer longer term therapy depending on your needs. The continuation of therapy is reviewed periodically.
